  Poor customer service. I put items on hold until Tuesday but unfortunately wasn’t able to make it due to work. I called them and asked to keep it for one more day. The girl that I spoke to agreed to extend hold time. When I came to pick it up next day they said that they put my item back on shelves and no one even helped me to find it. Very disappointed. Just wasted my time driving there.
