  Hello
  His job is very poor, but he charged more than too much, pleas be careful about him:
  1) I was telling him much time during each visit, please give me a clear invoice, but always he said: don’t worry; I’m going to special taker of you. After a year (by my foolish trust) I realized what was the meaning of his special taker of me?
  2) I was not informed in advance of the procedure, which procedures he were going to be performing, and I was not informed afterward, of the services that had been performed and the amount that I would be charged for each procedure, so that I could make an informed decision. I did not give my informed consent to have these procedures done or have them done for the amounts that were charged and for which I paid about $26,000.00 Don’t sign any paper before you make sure what you are sine for, unfortunately I was trusting him and did not control him with other specialist and he charged me over and over about $26,000.00.
  3) According to his verbal primary treatment plan on December 2012, I believe there is fraud involved, because he told me that I was qualified for a "Special" of $795 per tooth but he charged me almost five times more. I know it was foolish to trust him, but at first he opened a line of credit for me, than always in each visit his secretary in middle of treatment on the dentistry-chair came to me and pushing me to sign a bill which I couldn’t to see what was about, and I never thought he was screwing me up. Pleas you be careful.
  4) He convinces me and cut my upper gum to make it equal level for more beauty, than after some months he said: your gum is too short and you may need gum graft, and he damaged my upper gum.
  5) In last visit when he tried to put final Crowns I realized that the quality of that is so poor and the shape is so ugly and design was very bad ( probably the cheapest one in the market), so on that moment I was objecting him and told him I can’t stand anymore.
  6) Because of my time and my poor information I negotiated with him after a month he gave me about $8,000.00 back and asked me to forgive him for any inconvenience.
  7) In addition, it was not the only misusing me, he had plane to change his office and I sincerely 2 or 3 times derived about 100 mile each time by my pickup truck to help him to move his heavy stuff to another office for free.
  Finally, I perforce signed a paper which I do not have right to prosecute him to get $8.000.00 back, but when I reviewed about 30 Recommended Reviews for Ray Partovy, DDS Other websites I realized I’m not alone and he screwing up almost 98% of his customer.
